Having worked in the tech industry for nearly two decades Thomas is a self confessed geek and proud of it. He founded UCAdvisor after seeing first hand the struggles some companies had in pursuing digital transformation.
With a genuine passion for technology and helping organisations, Thomas is responsible for the grant program here at UCAdvisor along with creating an inclusive culture, business growth and strategy.
Adelle Fieldsend
Business Development Manager
Adelle wears many hats – aside from being a Mum of two, an awesome wife and kick-ass friend she also adopts a combination of good old-fashioned customer service and innovative thinking to create a bespoke experience for her clients. She filters the noise in the digital market, finds the perfect solutions to meet your unique requirements and streamlines your route to procurement.
She has been known to be quite funny at times too. Likes dinosaurs.
Karen Diane
Accounts Coordinator
Karen plays a crucial role at UCAdvisor as our funding & accounts co-ordinator, where she helps customers process and receive our grant funding. Karen also plays a key role in vendor and on going customer management.
Having worked in senior positions across a number of national organisations she now counts many of her ex customers as friends. She’s also a passionate dog lover who enjoys taking her Cocker Spaniel ‘Bobby’ for walks.
Chantelle Booth
Social Media and Marketing
Chauntelle serves as our Marketing Manager at UCAdvisor, overseeing all aspects of our branding and digital content efforts company-wide. With her extensive experience in this field, she collaborates closely with our vendors to ensure we stay current with their offerings.
Tom Croft
Solution Engineering
Tom is our dedicated and independent Solution Engineer. In this capacity, he aids our customers in identifying their exact requirements and develops customised solutions across a broad spectrum of technologies.
With almost three decades of experience in the IT industry, he is a deep well of technological expertise – and has fantastic hair.
